The Ankle Is Mobility, the Knee Is Stability

I asked you a question actually, on on the antiquestion platform. How does somebody in the fifties maintain their mobility? I feel myself getting tighter and ouo stiffer and everything else. My ankles are very, very locked. And it was both a gift and a curse for my tritlong career. But i kind of steal eything about the field of coaching and strengthind condition. You can pretty much steal from everybody and tweak it and call it your own. If i have any original ideas, let me know.
