The prohibition of incest attempted to reach its objective through an asymptotic decrease in the thing it condemned. The control the control of infantile sexuality hoped to reach it through a simultaneous propagation of its own power and of the object on which it was brought to bear so this was twofold or there was a kind of double bind. Doctors were using the tenuous pleasures as a prop notably the acts that would be conducted by children in the form of sexuality or whatever they were used as a prop constituting them as secrets that is forcing them into hiding.
