It was developed with the intent of, i'm going to lift all my guys after they practise. Sometimes you don't always know what practice is going to be like. And that is kind of where it all came from, having to make a quick decision on what to day's lifts going to look like. But i agree with you, there's definitely a lot more you can do. You can go a lot deeper when you do have that open channel to communicate what player a should do versus playor b. There's a million diferen ways you can take this. I mean, speak maybe a little bit on that strength coach player interaction to that you feel like i is really necessary
