i'd like to ask you a bit about being a woman in fintek. The outside of perspective of fintek is that it can be a little bit of a boys club. What my team does in particular, and strategies that have worked well, is really be mindful about inclusion and diversity from the get go. Any time we make a hire into the team, we have an opportunity to put the best foot forward as an inviting work place for both women and men.
