Most people you think would go ahead with it if they're above 75,000. If the patient is stable and there's no signs of developing something else to pre-clampsia or they have other ongoing colabic leg labides, that's probably okay. You know, especially when you get into maternal decompensation or certainly issues with the fetal heart tones, then I would probably say the benefit would be in placing an eraxial versus going off the seat with a general.
