The Ninth Circuit's Standardlessness of Intermediate Scrutiny

There's actually a lot here that's informative. Unfortunately, it is presented in a snarky manner. And maybe doubly, unfortunately, it is very funny and it's well executed. I think saying our standard is so standard less that I could write this opinion and it could have come out either way is an important thing to point out.
