The US-Taiwan Defense Industry Forum

The Taiwan US Defense Industry Forum took place in Taipei this week. The event brought together American and Taiwanese companies to discuss granular challenges of bilateral cooperation on defense industry supply chain. A day after the forum,Taiwan's defense minister said his office has now asked both Taiwan's representative office in Washington, D.C., and the American Institute in Taiwan to help speed up the delivery of new F-16 V fighter jets.
