Is Your Workplace Greedy?

Our mothers were work cholics. My mother is and was too. And so much of the work in my mother's business and in advertising took place outside of office hours. If you aren't willing to do them, you're not going to move forward,. Can we pause on the greedy work thing for one moment? Ye, it's the employer who's greedy, right?
