Is the State Trying to Stop Calling Ex-Combatants?

It's difficult to teach some one who has spent 20 fir years in the war to start a new way of life, says Camilla. The state really took a lot of effort in putting all these identification processes very, very fast, very quick. I think it's more a cultural thing about, i think someone mentioned it before. That's why society as a whole has to include them and stop calling ex combatants ex combatants.
