The Cuban Government and the United States - What's the Difference?

The Cuban government made huge strides in eliminating structural racism after the revolution. Meanwhile, all of those indicators are either staying bad or getting even worse today. Even after a lot of the problems came to the surface during the special period, Cuban narrowed gaps on important markers of health and education between black and white citizens.
