How to Approach Recruitment in a Collaborative Way

I think long term goals and how they're going to go about the strategy behind the recruitment can't just be throwing anyone into a position. You need to have that thorough process and have that understanding of exactly what's needed. Sounds quite simple, but obviously, if you want it to expand and build up new areas with GP RIFIization, you need the right workforce in a timely way. Yeah, it's something that kind of evolution pry themselves on, not to go too much. But I think we need to almost approach it in a way that is collaborative as much as the organizations collaborate in the NHS.
