I've never been hired on Upwork, I hire other people on Upwork. And when I put up a job, there's no way I am hiring someone who has zero dollars earned on Upwork or it's their very first kick. It took like a few months to even figure the strategy out and build physically the platform. We didn't use any kind of third party, but we used our own in-house coding sources.
