Do You Need a Commander?

If you're at sea and the storm hits, you want a commander who takes charge. Someone has to be an expert to get you out of that crisis. That commander can't be asking everyone's opinion for how to win that battle. And so this is a very positive and very powerful frequency. But you have to have people who are inclined to hear that frequency as the frequency they need.
