This worries me because i don't see any evidence that we're ready for these kind of algaritms to be deployed anywhere near patients. Here's irene again telling about an algorithm that had been trained on three prominent chest x ray data sets. She wanted to know how well the algorithm would dia different sub groups such as race, age and sex. The sub group that the algorithm did worst on was women.
