If you're going to have light emitting devices in your bedroom, it's definitely better to have ones that admit red light. There is a direct relationship between the amount of sunlight you get exposed andta, the lmelatonin you produce at night. And so with respect to exercise, i think if these people can get outside an exercise en probably one hour after they wake up in the morning, and maybe six hours or so.
