Russia moved thousands of military personnel and hardware to the border pre invasion. So why is it having logistical problems in ukraine? Transportation. It's dependent on rail lines. The problem is they don't have enough trucks to take the supplies that they need from the railways to the front line. That makes it difficult for them to penetrate further into ukraine.
