Is There Any Ethical Way for Physicians to Work With Brands?

There are ways to do it, if you're promoting a brand that is completely divorced from the medical profession. I've done sponsored videos for like a documentary streaming platform. And I felt I was on safe ground there. But more recently, I had an offer for a sponsor, which was a kind of fitness-related brand. It's nothing too controversial. Even that, I really thought long and hard about whether or not this would adversely affect my reputation. People tend to put more weight in their opinions when they come from a doctor.
