I doubt these species which are quite far from us can be made smarter than us but monkey you know chimpanzees could be made smart so we use antispots. I suspect the heritability of these things is actually probably as high as IQ it's probably like point seven or point eight and so yeah you could make eventually very empathic lovely people you could make very mean sociopathic people oh and imagine if religious group would eat thoseYeah well if you want to put in tit for tad into their behavior they start out nice but then believe in revenge so yeah exactly go mess with them.
