Tracy: We're almost to 100 episodes of women in WordPress, which is amazing. She says there are so many people behind the scenes that don't step forward and say 'I'm a part of this' Tracy: I would always hear that from women when I didn't hear from men if I asked men to be involved. When we put on our events, the people who are much more likely to ask to volunteer for the event are women,. she says.
