How Do You Stay Attuned to That Risk?
There's an implicit suggestion that if somebody has some direct acquaintance with this experience of the non-jule, then perhaps something like compassion, love, and kindness becomes a quality that may naturally emerge. I think one of the things that distinguishes me a little from some non-jul teachers is that I look carefully at what I'm doing as I'm doing it. As a facilitator, you have to go beyond your own need for comfort or avoidance of discomfort because that distorts your work. If you're just looking to be comfortable, you can't do it plainly. Pure speaking and listening, it's like a talk in principle of neither validating or invalidating what you're hearing
