Is China a Vendor in Making a Paradigm Shift?

There are some real concerns and China does have a vested interest in making a paradigm shift in the way it conducts its diplomacy. There's an urgent China to capture not only Chinese talent, but a talent from the world to fuel its science and tech innovation industry. I think we'll have to wait and see how far does China actually go and I mean it stays on this path of course correction. With regards to India, yes, I think with Australia and with US we have seen certain overages, overages being made. But in so far as India's India is concerned, I think we haven't quite correctly pointed out we have not seen any signs of easing on this front.
