"I've always been a super morning person at like, even in college, I'd be like, I'd shut it down at eight p.m," she says. "It's just the way that my body clock works." Her parents taught her how to eat well by growing organic food on an island off the coast of Maine. She was teaching between 14 and 23 yoga classes a week from 2012 until 2017.
