The Art of User Experience

The art of user experience to me, we talk about architecture so much, but I think very often it's more like being a street magician. You're trying to not get people to see that this thing is all stitched together and that there's a lot of tricks that render a given experience or a given page. So, I love to draw pictures of that mess because it's scary and no one wants to do it and that's why everything hurts.
