The public approval of the court is down 38% compared to about 60% a year earlier in July 2022. Justice Kagan had the lowest unfavorability rating, but she's also the most anonymous justice. The next highest approval ratings among the public are Chief Justice John Roberts,. And Justice Patai G. Brown Jackson, no surprise there.
