Django Simple Deploy: A Proof of Concept

Azure is app services like their Google App Engine or the Heroku. It's a sort of managed application environment. For Django simple deploy, Azure support is experimental right now. But I wanted a proof of concept before digging into it further that this could work for multiple platforms. And so you can also do, you still do a pip install, Django simple deploy,. add simple deploy to installed apps. And then an alternative deployment command is managed up high simple deploy. The idea is if people have a simple project that works in their system, they can deploy it where they want to in three commands.
