The Importance of Being Rejected

The first time he applied to be a judge, it was a magistrate judge. I made it to the finalists and was turned down. When you get rejected like that, it gets harder to do the next thing. And so it was interesting to put in for US Attorney knowing you could be rejected. It's really, really hard. But some things God calls you to do.
