Moving to Safety - What Are the Pros and Cons?

Our body believes that anything that feels like a threat is probably a physical threat. And so our body activates in order to keep us safe. That activation is often very highly focused on moving out of danger, moving, fighting, fleeing. If we were to notice how often we are kind of flying into action or doing some move that's self-protective, then take a breath and have a little bit of choice, this would change so much for us.
