If you're talking to someone one on one or in a small group, try to understand why they would think that. Be the roll model. Be the people other people will look up to and want to be rather than being an annoying scold. Don't just say, i think this is how you do it. Have evidence based ideas. Maybe the people listening will have some better ideas than i do.
