EPCOT failed in so many ways. Reason being that he ended up dying. Like even on his deathbed he was still sketching up designs for EPCOT. So he never really got to implement it. I mean, it's funny because like he couldn't even do this properly. Instead, instead he got turned into like a bare skeleton of what his original plan was. He wanted to retain absolute control of the city. Your home would have been pre-fabricated and modular. The materials and technologies could be tested as soon as they were viable.
