The Different Types of Thermal Spray
Thermal spray can deal with thin films, hundreds of microns up to thick millimeter kind of deposits. It can do small parts like our aircraft engine air foils, which are like size of a deck of cards but it can do large nozzles like in power turbines where they could be as big as a microwave oven. Because you have the robotics, you can do very complex geometries with high fidelity of coating thickness everywhere.
