Do Bees at Rest Generate the Same Electricity?

Bees when they move generate a little bit of electricity from like little hairs on their bodies that rub against other parts of their body. But most of this electricity, we think probably comes from when they're flapping their wings. And that has friction with the air and creates a sort of static electricity - but it's not clear why bees use such high levels at rest. We also talk about how cases of monkey pox are declining all over the place.
