I have these neighbors who i think of as like roll models for how to be good friends. And one thing that they did recently that I think maybe circles back to this question of being vulnerable, is they asked for my help. It was during the week, you know, when i was working. Like, people don't ask for help enough. In a way, that's like, cause youdon't want to be a pain. After Zach heard our “How To Make Friends as an Adult” episode, which coincidentally featured all women, he and a few other male listeners wrote in questioning how useful it was for men. He wondered if we could address the unique challenges men face when it comes to making new friends.
