The Importance of Metrics in Government Roadmaps

I think there is really something there when you mentioned that everyone has to know what we are trying to achieve. And then of course if we can find some kind of high enough metrics that the get we can measure so that we're not too focused on how many lines of code we write but more exactly what we can achieve, how can we make our customers even happier. That was my answer to the question and I would like to ask the same one to if it would like to give us some insights from your side.
