Ray Gun - The Future of Softwar Monitoring?

i'm glad things are going well for ray gun. It's one of those companies that i have definitely used and enjoyed and appreciated. And, ya, the topic i have on my list is actually the past, present, future of softwar monitoring. So i'm kind of curious when you started with ray gun, like was kind of the state of the art? And let's kind of walk through where we were, where we're out and then where we're headed.
