JF: People think that if you stimulate your joints, they will just wear out. He started a triathlon at 10 years of age in about 1990. JF: I have no idea where it comes from to be honest. But the reality is that joints, like you said, they adapt just as much as muscles. They're just slower because it depends on the kind of tissues that you're trying to get to adapt.
