What's the Difference Between Positionality and Racism?

In every workshop, we always start with a positionality. We really ask people to understand how their positionality bumps up against racism or racialized design. And so they're excited to learn from each other in a very personable way. I think having a shared language and collaborative design to speak to racialized design is so important because it allows us to then speak to the honest fact that it exists.
