I've Still Got It, Am, but It Really Hurts

i got a bit carried away, andand i basically went ass over tit. And it was one of thes situations where you can see that you can't control it, and you're going to have to just fall. The whole tweet was quite self deprecating, but hay new ance doesn't really work on twitter, does it? But anyway, my leg didn't, i didn't feel as if i'd hurt anything when i did it.
