In RLT, there's a lot of emphasis on the idea that I make up stuff. So what I make up is not this is what happened. This is what I felt is sort of like, I'm taking responsibility for what I made up. And so in my work, I'm willing and able and ready to offer tools only if we can all agree that they are interested and prepared and capable of using them.
