Dr. Kerry Ward is an associate professor of medicine at Duke University Medical Center. She practices in congenital heart disease and is making a lot of headway in a very new field for expertise of cardiac obstetrics. What most exciting for us is she's now the associate dean for faculty development. We're going to learn a little bit about Kerry's leadership transition, then she has two really interesting topics that we'll talk about.
