The Opening of the New Parliament House

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday inaugurated the new parliament building in Delhi. In a grand ceremony that wascotted by opposition parties at least, many of them said it will contribute to India's progress. But Rajzha Vattakar says she is waiting for Parliament to actually begin yesterday. The Urban Development Minister Hadi Puri explains how last minute finishing is still going on.
