The Night Time Shut Down Routine

i have these chily pads called olers. They circulate 55 degrees cold water underneath my mattress. And then i also have what's called a bio balance mat. I flip that on to sleep mode runs 12 hours, so it'll stay on for the entire night in war. Of late, i've found that applying lavender oil to the soles of my feet and my chest, and a little bit underneath my upper lip sometimes. It has also been quite helpful for drifting off into a relaxing state. What advice do you have for a pandemic stricken world?
