Why Isn't the United Football Club a Good Place to Work?
My own mother is a doctor. And very often people come in to her clinic and they've diagnosed themselves, right? People w have no medical expetite. They read of edical journals and they come in and they think they've experts. And this is kind of simmns what havbing united. It's the lack of respect for experts. In running a football club you can't just look at the big institution go, oh, i quite like the look of that job. I'll do it, and i just enough, to hell with the consequences. Football clubs are not just cash cows. They're institutions. For public good. Yet, we settle all this.
