The Cost of Capital Raising in the U.S.

In Australia, as soon as you think about it, they halt the stock. So there's no manipulation of the stock down to where you have to do an awful deal. You very rarely see deals in Australia actually have warrants either. It's usually like a slight discount to market and it reopens and it's so straighten again. And that's the way it should be over here. I think that would increase the amount of small companies going public or wanting to go public.
