Research shows that a bet of grip strength is associated with te reduced risk of suicide and improved cognition. We already know that by increasing o cate respitory fitness, we can increase our mental health. And muscular strength might be really good for mental health and physical health. But the body of research is much more neten compared to the studies to focus on electivity or cadaverity. That's where the evidence lies. Wit, resehive, strong relationships between people's muscles and their mental health. So do some strengthening exercises and get similar benefit from them as you would in other areas such as weight training - but don't beat yourself up about it if you're not doing enough
