The Importance of Data Sharing in High Quality Investigations
Lack of technology, lack of proper technology was used as an excuse a couple of years ago. Here in UK, FCA ran a really good hackathon around the privacy and enhancing technologies for bank-to-bank data exchange. No one is in the position, in the market, where they would feel that they need to take this on. It's more restrictive in some places, it's less restrictive in other places.
