Introduction
This year has just been one of the worst years where I keep having to listen to English people explain that they don't have summers. If you have a heat wave that happens every year for about two, two and a half, maybe three months, that's not a heat wave. That's summer. You need to build infrastructure to deal with it. They still want to believe that it's a freakish occurrence, but it happens every year, every year for 10 years at least. This is summer English people.
