Is There a Space in This Space Yet?

i think we have to look at process rather than content. How can we create spaces where people feel we're able to kind of establish trusts? And i also think that you can't go there without recognizing all the ways we go off track. That sounds grandiose, but i think that's going to be an important component of a lot of this going forward. It takes bravery often to be a kind of emissary from one tribe to another and have those difficult conversations.
