The Fed Isn't Really Running a Grift

The Fed is the good guy for freedom in this case. The benefit to the New York banks where the shareholders are that they have access to the Fed discount window. They have access to, I mean, maybe they, there's some kickbacks to them. But the Fed isn't really running, doesn't really run a grift in that respect.
