The Principle of Transparency in the Workplace

A lot of the principles keep coming back to that of the transparency, the truth telling is for the good of the company. So long as they're doing it, not to hurt you, but actually to bring improvement and to foster something better out of telling you. The whole goal of this was in religious terms to get it to the person's heart. That should actually be the prime principle that concern for others needs to come first.
