Atulji: India is part of the quad. They have tried a balancing act between Russia and the West. You think that the time will now come to make choices or as you suggest that a negotiated end to the Ukraine war will make things easier for India. What's your sense? Atulji: I feel if India sticks to its policy of maintaining a balance between the quad or for that matter Indo-Pacific and the Shanghai Corporation organization, it would be beneficial for India in the long run.
